Boobs After Babies
Lets be honest about things your body really does go through the mill when you have a baby, especially in the boob department. I can only speak from personal experience but my boobs are completely different to my pre pregnancy body. They are no longer as perky and are strangely smaller than my before I was pregnant I'm guessing it's a myth that your boobs get bigger after having a baby.
To tell the truth I've been feeling a bit down about my body image recently in particularly in the boob department. The vast majority of my bra's don't fit and seeing as I'm no longer breast feeding it's pretty unacceptable to continue to wear nursing bra's. The situation in my undie draw was pretty dire and in need to a re-fresh. I stopped by Primark not actually on the hunt for underwear but was pleasantly surprised by the current collection.
I couldn't help but be drawn to the non wired soft cup bra's, the neutral colour palette paired with beautiful lace details are stunning. I loved the strappy detail on the back, it's the sort of bra that you actually want on show-it's just too pretty to hide away.
I'm a bit of a sucker for a T shirt bra but since having Gray I've found underwiring uncomfortable, so was pretty apprehensive about these. I needn't have worried though as the quality is surprising good. I've washed them several times and they have come up a treat, not loosing their shape and remaining comfy.
I want to end this post on a positive note. My body has changed so much since having Gray to the point that I don't really recognise it anymore. However the simple act of investing a little in myself gave me a quite the boost (quite literally!) Yeah sure a little retail therapy lifted my spirits but it also gave me a much needed lift and shape under my outfits and boosted my confidence.
Oh my gosh I LOVE those bras and will be checking them out on my next Primark stop - wow. As you know I talk about the boobage issue too, we have to accept this new body season and try and make the most of it. So glad you've been able to treat yourself.
