Protein Pancakes

I love pancakes and see no reason why they should only be eaten on pancake day. As much as I love them I know they're not necessarily the healthiest of snacks. In recent months I tweaked my usual recipe and added protein powder, gluten free flour and agave in the hope of trying to make one of my favourite snacks healthier.
